We at SHR & I T Services (SHR) would like introduce ourselves to you as a company with a Mission Statement which reads as follows:

Finding the perfect person for a job is not the easiest of tasks, more so in times when business rules are constantly changing and when yardsticks for success are being redefined. Organizations have unique work cultures and individuals may possess varying strengths and capabilities......How all this is put together is intrinsic to the growth of an organization.
In today's competitive corporate world, we are not just another recruitment firm. SHR is the outcome of a need, realized by its founder members, for a company that is professional to its core and understands the need to match the aspirations of the professional with the culture, business goals and objectives of an organization.

I) Database Executive Selection: we provide suitable candidates from our database.
II) Advertised Selection: Advertised Selection: wherein SHR will release an advertisement on the client's behalf, receive responses, shortlist candidates, carry out level 1 & 2 interviews and put up a batch of candidates for final selection by the client.
III) Retained Searches: under this agreement, SHR would be retained by the client on an Annual Contract basis which would entail a mutually agreed flat fee plus reimbursement of actual expenses incurred.
IV) Contingency Searches: would mean successfully attempting to reposition a specific individual from a specific company to join our client.
Please note that in case you have already received the CV of a particular candidate either through another agency or a direct advertisement placed by you, it should be obligatory on your part to inform us in writing within five working days of you having received the CV from us.
Our fee is based on an estimate of the professional time to be spent on the assignment and the level of skills and experience of the staff employed. The fees for assignments shall be as follows –
1. 8.33% of Annual Gross Salary up to senior executive / officer level
2. 12.5 % of annual gross salary up to Middle management level
3. 16.67 % of annual gross salary for senior management level positions
Annual gross salary would mean and comprise of the following components mainly - Basic, CCA + DA + Special Pay, HRA, Medical, Conveyance, Bonus, Ex-gratia, PF, LTA, Gratuity, Superannuation, Commission, Incentive, Hard and/or Soft Furnishing, Car Loan, Stock options or under any other head or form in which the compensation is distributed.
In the case of placement in the overseas market the liability of SHR shall be restricted as under:
a) The liability of procuring VISA / work permits for selected candidates shall lie with the client.
b) The Liability of SHR shall be to the extent of ensuring the joining of candidate after receipt of the VISA. This liability shall be for a period of 90 days after final offer made, to the candidate, by the client.
c) In the unlikely event of client's inability to get the VISA, within the 90 days time frame, the client shall be liable for the full fees as per the above agreed norms.
The professional fees shall be paid by cheque/draft only in the name of " SHR & I T Services " payable at Noida within a period of seven working days from the date of joining of the candidate. Any statutory government levies would be at your expense.
While every effort shall be made to assist the client in selection of suitable human assets, the possibility of a candidate leaving the organization soon after joining, due to any reason cannot be ruled out. Although this may happen on rare occasions, SHR is committed to replace the candidate at no extra fee if s/he leaves within 30 days. If the candidate leaves within 31 to 90 days of joining, SHR would help find a replacement at 50% or their regular fee.
